Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at MegaZip.net. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure transparency, please review our Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy below. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

1. General Terms

• MegaZip.net sells only genuine OEM parts sourced directly from manufacturers and suppliers in Japan, UAE, and the USA.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan Jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
• All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds unless specifically stated in this policy or required by law.

2. Order Cancellations

• Once the order is paid, it is forwarded to the supplier for handling i.e. processing and dispatch.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they enter the handling stage.
• Exceptions where cancellation is possible:

1. If the order has not yet entered the handling stage, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund.
2. If the order has gone into handling, you can request a cancellation. In this case we will retain 25% of the product cost, shipping costs will be fully refunded.
3. If shipping costs increase, we will notify you before processing your order. If you do not accept the updated shipping fee or conditions, we can cancel the order at your request and issue a full refund.
4. If one of the ordered parts is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you before processing your order. If you do not accept the updated order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are not accepted if:

1. The part ordered does not fit your vehicle or you changed your mind.
2. A recommended part from our technical team was correct but did not resolve the issue.
3. The order is refused at delivery.

• No returns are accepted for the following parts:

- Switches including switch knobs
- Relays
- Pressure regulators
- Fuel pumps
- Fuel injectors

- Brake actuators
- Windshield washer pumps
- Window regulator motors

- Fuse boxes
- All body electrical control units
- Voltage regulators
- Ignition coils
- Spark plugs
- Combination meters
- Meter gauges
- Displays
- Special/Diagnostic tools
- Power steering gears
- Shock absorbers
- Pneumatic cylinders
- Crankshaft/connecting rod bearings
- Vane pumps/electrical power steering pumps
- Steering columns

• Returns are accepted in the following cases:

1. If you received the wrong part due to our error, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
2. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photo or video evidence.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is handled by third-party carriers.
• If a package arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately with the carrier (courier) and provide us with photo or video evidence. You will need to create an official claim with the shipping company regarding the issue. Once that is done, we will be able to start the investigation to proceed with the compensation.
• Delivery times may vary. Estimated shipping times are provided but are not guaranteed.
• Declined packages are not accepted back. If refused, the package will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

5. Special Cases

• Any exceptions for returns are made at the sole discretion of MegaZip.net and are reviewed case-by-case.

6. Refund Methods

We offer several options for processing your refund:

Megazip Account Credit – The refund can be credited to your account balance on the Megazip.net website.

Credit/Debit Card – The amount can be returned to the Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card used for the original payment.

PayPal – Refunds can be issued to the PayPal account used to place the order.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm your refund request. Please consult your account manager to confirm which refund options are available for your specific case.
