Conforming (proper
quality) goods
We accept return of all conforming (proper quality) goods if these goods
are of appropriate application characteristics and a resalable condition (goods
must be unused, in original packaging, include all tags and manuals).
You can return conforming (proper quality) goods within 30 days from
receiving them. In case of a return of conforming goods, only cost of goods
will be refunded. Original delivery costs and the cost of return shipping are
not compensated.
Non-conforming (improper quality) goods
Return policy for
non-conforming (improper quality) goods is considered on a case-by-case basis.
You can lodge a claim with us within 14 days from receiving the goods.
Defective or damaged goods
If you receive a
defective or damaged product, you can lodge a claim for return with us within
14 days from receiving the goods. After the confirmation by our quality control
department that the part is indeed defective or damaged by our fault, we will
send you a new part for free. The delivery costs of a defective/damaged part
will be covered by us and refunded. Please check with your manager in your
private account for more details. Goods which are supplied in one set should be
returned in one set.
Refund methods
We can refund
money in a number of ways:

account balance on Megazip.net website

By depositing a
refund amount to the Visa/MasterCard or American Express card that you used to
pay for the order

By depositing a
refund amount to the PayPal account that you used to pay for the order
Money will be
refunded within 7 days of receiving the returned product and confirming your
claim. Please ask your manager what refund options are there when finalizing
your refund.
